3. Eligibility

4. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings must be paid in full unless stated otherwise
- Prices are listed in GBP (£)
- Payments are processed securely via third-party providers
5. Online Courses
- Access is granted after payment
- Courses are for personal use only
- You must not share login details or course content
6. In-Person Courses
- You must attend on the booked date
- Late arrival may result in refusal of entry
- You are responsible for travel and attendance
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Online Courses
- Due to digital access, refunds are generally not provided once access is granted
In-Person Courses
- Cancellation within 3 days of training, may receive a refund or reschedule
- No-shows are non-refundable
8. Intellectual Property
All content (videos, materials, branding) belongs to Perfect That Polish.
You may not:
- Copy or distribute content
- Resell training materials
- Record or share course videos
9. Certificates & Accreditation
Certificates are issued upon:
- Completion of course content
- Passing case study’s (includes online)
10. Liability
We are not liable for:
- Any allergic reactions or misuse of products
- Loss of income or business
- Indirect or consequential damages
Training is provided for educational purposes only.
11. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the website
- Upload harmful content
